目的：观察舒肝宁联合腺苷蛋氨酸（思美泰）治疗肝硬化黄疸的疗效。方法肝硬化黄疸患者共43例，治疗组(20例)用舒肝宁注射液（10mL，日1次静脉滴注）联合注射用腺苷蛋氨酸（思美泰1000mg/d静脉滴注）治疗，不使用甘草酸制剂等保肝药；对照组（23例）应用思美泰，其余药物基本相同。疗程2周，观察临床症状、肝功能的变化。结果经治疗后两组患者临床症状均有明显改善，肝功能指标均有好转（P＜0.01）。结论舒肝宁联合思美泰治疗肝硬化黄疸效果更好。
목적：관찰서간저연합선감단안산（사미태）치료간경화황달적료효。방법간경화황달환자공43례，치료조(20례)용서간저주사액（10mL，일1차정맥적주）연합주사용선감단안산（사미태1000mg/d정맥적주）치료，불사용감초산제제등보간약；대조조（23례）응용사미태，기여약물기본상동。료정2주，관찰림상증상、간공능적변화。결과경치료후량조환자림상증상균유명현개선，간공능지표균유호전（P＜0.01）。결론서간저연합사미태치료간경화황달효과경호。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of combined therapy of Shuganning injections and ademetionine(Transmetil) in patients with jaundice from cirrhosis. Methods Forty three patients of jaundice from cirrhosis were randomly divided into treatment group(n=20)and control group(n=23).Liver protection and supportive treatments were not given for the two groups.Shuganning injections(10mL/d intravenous drip once a day)and ademetionine(Transmetil 1 000mg/d intravenous drip)were given for the treatment group;the same treatments were given to the control group except Shuganning injections.The treatment duration was 2 weeks in both groups.The liver function(TBIL,TBA,ALT and AST),clinical symptom and physical sign were compared before and after being treated. Results After being treated,the liver function,clinical symptom and physical sign of treatment group got better. There was significant difference between two groups(P<0.01). Conclusion The combined treatment of Shuganning injections and ademetionine could obtain better curative effect.
