Grilled nux vomica%Spinal cord injury
目的:观察炙马钱子对实验性兔脊髓损伤(SCI)模型Tarlov评分的影响,探讨治疗脊髓损伤的新方法。方法18只兔造模成功,随机均分为对照组、低剂量组、高剂量组。低剂量组每天喂服两次马钱子胶囊,每次40mg;高剂量组每次80mg。对照组给予淀粉颗粒。各组动物分别于造模后6h、24h、3d、1周、2周、3周6个时间点进行下肢Tarlov评分。结果低剂量组在治疗2周后Tarlov评分(1.67±0.5)较对照组(0.67±0.8)升高(P<0.05),3周后Tarlov评分(2.00±0.6)与对照组相(0.50±0.8)比差异有显著性意义(P<0.01);在高剂量组,在治疗1周后Tarlov评分(1.66±0.5)与对照组相比(0.83±0.7)差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2周评分(2.17±0.7)和3周评分(3.00±0.6)与对照组相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);且3周后,高剂量组与低剂量组相比也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大剂量炙马钱子对脊髓损伤有治疗作用。

Objective To observe the effect of nux vomica on the Tarlov scores of the experimental rabbit spinal cord injury (SCI) model, and explore the therapeutic effect of grilled nux vomica on SCI. Methods 18 of which were successful. Then were randomly and equally divided into the control group, low-does group and high-does group. The low-does group were given the nux vomica capsule twice a day, and 40mg for each time; The high-dose group were given 80mg for each time. The course of treatment last three weeks, at the same time, the control group were given the starch capsule. All groups were evaluated by Tarlov score at pre-operation and 3hours, 24hours, 3days, 1weeks, 2weeks, 3weeks after operation. Results After treating 2 weeks, the Tarlov scores of the low-dose group(1.67±0.5) was increased, compared with the control group(0.67±0.8) (P < 0.05); After 3 week, the Tarlov scores(2.00±0.6) was higher than the control group (P < 0.01); In the high-does group, the Tarlov score was higher after 1 weeks (1.66±0.5) than the control group (0.83±0.7) (P<0.05), the Tarlov scores was significant difference after treating for 2 weeks and 3 weeks (P<0.01);and after 3weeks, the high-dose group (3.00±0.6)was higher than the low-dose group(2.00±0.6)( P<0.05). Conclusion High-does grilled nux vomica play a therapeutic role in SCI.
