目的：探讨超声引导下利用安珂（EnCor）真空辅助旋切系统在乳腺病灶活检和治疗中的应用价值。方法对2012年8月-2013年8月本院54例不同类型乳腺病灶患者行超声引导下 EnCor 真空辅助旋切术，通过回顾性研究分析评价其在乳腺病灶活检及治疗中的应用价值。结果全部患者乳腺病灶均采用 EnCor 真空辅助旋切术，术后病理示乳腺良性病灶51例，乳腺癌3例。术后无一例活动性出血或创口感染，皮下瘀血1例，血肿形成1例，血性乳头溢液1例。旋切术后3月随诊，所有患者均无明显切口疤痕形成，乳房外形无变化，皮肤触觉无异常，超声检查无复发、残留。结论超声引导下 EnCor 真空辅助旋切系统安全可靠，可作为乳腺病灶和可疑乳腺癌切除及活检的首选方法。
목적：탐토초성인도하이용안가（EnCor）진공보조선절계통재유선병조활검화치료중적응용개치。방법대2012년8월-2013년8월본원54례불동류형유선병조환자행초성인도하 EnCor 진공보조선절술，통과회고성연구분석평개기재유선병조활검급치료중적응용개치。결과전부환자유선병조균채용 EnCor 진공보조선절술，술후병리시유선량성병조51례，유선암3례。술후무일례활동성출혈혹창구감염，피하어혈1례，혈종형성1례，혈성유두일액1례。선절술후3월수진，소유환자균무명현절구파흔형성，유방외형무변화，피부촉각무이상，초성검사무복발、잔류。결론초성인도하 EnCor 진공보조선절계통안전가고，가작위유선병조화가의유선암절제급활검적수선방법。
Objective To explore the value of ultrasound-guided EnCor vacuum-assisted biopsy system in the diagnosis and treatment of breast lesions.Methods 54 patients with breast le-sions were conducted with minimally invasive surgery by ultrasound-guided EnCor system,and the value of diagnosis and treatment of minimally invasive surgery for breast lesions was evaluated.Re-sults All of breast lesions were removed by minimally invasive surgery.In postoperative pathologi-cal diagnosis,51 cases were benign,and 3 cases were breast cancer.No active bleeding or wound infection was observed in all patients,and subcutaneous ecchymosis was found in one case, hematoma in one case,bloody nipple discharge in one case.3 months later,there was no postopera-tive incision scar;the breast maintained the normal contour,and skin sensitivity had no change in all postoperative patients.Conclusion Ultrasound-guided EnCor vacuum-assisted biopsy system is safe and reliable,and it can be used as a preferred method for patients with resection and biopsy of breast lesions or patients with suspicious breast cancers.
