目的：分析人性化管理在提升乳腺癌手术护理质量中的效果。方法选取68例乳腺癌手术患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组（常规护理管理干预组）和观察组（人性化管理组）各34例，对2组患者各个方面的护理质量进行评估，比较2组患者干预前后的生存质量。结果观察组患者各方面护理质量优良率均显著高于对照组，干预后的生存质量也显著好于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论人性化管理在提升乳腺癌手术护理质量中的效果较好，更有助于改善患者综合生存质量。
목적：분석인성화관리재제승유선암수술호리질량중적효과。방법선취68례유선암수술환자위연구대상，수궤분위대조조（상규호리관리간예조）화관찰조（인성화관리조）각34례，대2조환자각개방면적호리질량진행평고，비교2조환자간예전후적생존질량。결과관찰조환자각방면호리질량우량솔균현저고우대조조，간예후적생존질량야현저호우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P ＜0.05）。결론인성화관리재제승유선암수술호리질량중적효과교호，경유조우개선환자종합생존질량。
Objective To analyze the effect of humanized management in improving the nursing quality of breast cancer operation.Methods 68 patients with breast cancer operation were randomly divided into control group(intervention group with routine nursing management)and ob-servation group(humanized management group)with 34 patients in each group.Nursing quality and life quality before and after intervention of two groups were evaluated and compared.Results The difference was statistically significant since the excellent rate of nursing quality and life quality after intervention were obviously higher than that of the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion The effect of humanized management in improving the nursing quality of breast cancer operation has better effect,and it is more benefit in the improvement of comprehensive life quality.
