目的观察应激对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者神经内分泌相关激素的影响。方法收集应激状态下的T2DM患者38例作为观察组,选择同期非应激状态的T2DM患者40例作为对照组。测定血中即时血糖(PG)、胰岛素(INS)、皮质醇(CORT)、生长激素(GH)、黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH);同时,男性患者加测睾酮(T),女性患者加测雌二醇(E2),比较上述指标组间差异并进行相关性分析。结果观察组PG、INS、CORT、GH均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组T、E2、FSH、LH均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。相关性分析显示,PG与INS、CORT、GH呈正相关关系(P均<0.05);PG与T、E2、FSH、LH呈负相关关系(P均<0.05)。结论应激状态的T2DM患者体内神经内分泌功能紊乱,导致血糖进一步升高。

목적관찰응격대2형당뇨병(T2DM)환자신경내분비상관격소적영향。방법수집응격상태하적T2DM환자38례작위관찰조,선택동기비응격상태적T2DM환자40례작위대조조。측정혈중즉시혈당(PG)、이도소(INS)、피질순(CORT)、생장격소(GH)、황체생성소(LH)、란포자격소(FSH);동시,남성환자가측고동(T),녀성환자가측자이순(E2),비교상술지표조간차이병진행상관성분석。결과관찰조PG、INS、CORT、GH균명현고우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P균<0.05);관찰조T、E2、FSH、LH균명현저우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P균<0.05)。상관성분석현시,PG여INS、CORT、GH정정상관관계(P균<0.05);PG여T、E2、FSH、LH정부상관관계(P균<0.05)。결론응격상태적T2DM환자체내신경내분비공능문란,도치혈당진일보승고。
Objective To observe the influence of stress to the related neuroendocrine hormones of patients with Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods 38 cases of T2DM with stress were selected as observation group, while 40 cases of T2DM without stress were selected as control group. We tested the instant blood glucose (PG), insulin (INS), cortisol (CORT), growth hormone (GH), luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH). Meanwhile, testosterone (T) in male and estradiol-2 (E2) in female were tested too. Then we compared the difference between the tow groups and analyzed the relativity. Results The PG, INS, CORT, GH in observation group were higher than those in control group (AllP<0.05). The T, E2, FSH, LH in observation group were lower than those in control group (Al P<0.05). There was a positive relativity between PG and INS, CORT, GH (All P<0.05). And there was a negative relativity between PG and T, E2, FSH, LH (All P<0.05). Conclusion The neuroendocrine of T2DM patients with stress was disordered which made the blood glucose more higher.
