目的：探讨手术室护理亚专科建设对提高手术护理质量的影响。方法将手术室护士，手术间，手术器械，仪器设备按照手术科室分亚专科建设，实行亚专科手术配合。结果加速提高手术室护士专业素质，手术配合质量，手术医生，麻醉医生，护士自身满意度提高。结论便于手术室护理质量精细化管理，培养了专科手术室护理人才，提高手术配合质量，对手术器械，仪器设备消毒灭菌保管更科学规范，提高专科仪器设备使用完好率；对手术病人安全提供重要安全保障；提高了手术医生，麻醉医生，护士满意度；提高护士长管理效能。

Objective to discuss the effect of subspecialty construction of operation room nursing on the improvement of operation nursing quality. Method according to operation departments, apply subspecialty construction to operation room nurses, operation room, operation instruments and equipments, and implement subspecialty operation cooperation. Result improve the professional quality of nurses in the operation room, cooperation quality of the operation, and self satisfaction of surgeons, anesthetists and nurses. Conclusion to help detailed management of nursing quality in operation room, cultivate nursing talents for specialist operation room, enhance operation cooperation quality, maintain operation instrument and equipments more scientifically and normatively, provide important safety guarantee to patients, improve satisfaction of surgeons, anesthetists and nurses, and advance management of head nurse.
