目的:探讨微创穿刺清除术(MPst)联合神经节苷脂(GM1)在高血压性丘脑出血破入脑室治疗中的疗效。方法在高血压性丘脑出血破入脑室的患者中,观察使用微创穿刺清除术联合神经节苷脂(联合组,48例)的治疗效果,并与同期接受微创穿刺清除术病例(常规组,46例)比较。结果在术后3个月,常规组和联合组国际通用日常生活能力(adl)分级达到Ⅰ级+Ⅱ级分别有23例(50.0%)和34例(70.8%),差异有统计学意义(P =0.0388)。结论MPst 联合 GM1治疗高血压性丘脑出血破入脑室的疗效好,能够显著改善患者生活质量,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective to explore the minimally invasivesurgery (MPst) combined with Ganglioside (GM1) on the broken into ventricles of the curative effect of treatment of hypertensive thalamic hemorrhage. Method of breaking into ventricle in hypertensive thalamic hemorrhagepatients, to observe the use of minimally invasive surgery combined with Ganglioside (combined group, 48 cases)treatment, and received minimally invasive operation were compared with (routine group, 46 cases) comparison. Results 3 months after operation, the routine group and combination group international general ability of daily life (adl) was grade Ⅰ + Ⅱ were 23 cases(50%) and 34 cases (70.8%), the difference was statistically significant (P = 0.0388). Conclusion MPstcombined with GM1 in the treatment of hypertensive thalamic hemorrhage broken into ventricles of the good,to the quality of life in patients with significant improvement, it is worth in clinical application.
