目的：将探讨晚期胃癌腹腔灌注化疗58例的临床疗效观察。方法2010年12月至2013年6月我院收治的晚期胃癌患者共58例，将他们随机分成对照组和观察组，各29例。两组患者均择期行胃癌根治术，对照组术后行静脉化疗，观察组腹腔灌注化疗。观察两组患者治疗效果以及复发率、转移率和死亡率等来评定治疗效果。结果化疗后观察组的有效率为58.62%，而对照组治疗有效率为34.48%，观察组明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P <0.05）；观察组的复发率、转移率和死亡率均明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P <0.05）；观察组消化道反应和骨髓抑制的发生率均明显小于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论晚期胃癌根治术后，腹腔灌注化疗的总有效率较高，为改善患者预后提供了有力保障。

목적：장탐토만기위암복강관주화료58례적림상료효관찰。방법2010년12월지2013년6월아원수치적만기위암환자공58례，장타문수궤분성대조조화관찰조，각29례。량조환자균택기행위암근치술，대조조술후행정맥화료，관찰조복강관주화료。관찰량조환자치료효과이급복발솔、전이솔화사망솔등래평정치료효과。결과화료후관찰조적유효솔위58.62%，이대조조치료유효솔위34.48%，관찰조명현고우대조조，차이구유통계학의의（P <0.05）；관찰조적복발솔、전이솔화사망솔균명현저우대조조，차이구유통계학의의（P <0.05）；관찰조소화도반응화골수억제적발생솔균명현소우대조조，차이구유통계학의의（P <0.05）。결론만기위암근치술후，복강관주화료적총유효솔교고，위개선환자예후제공료유력보장。
Objective to explore the advanced gastric intraperitoneal chemotherapy clinical observation of 58 cases . Methods Patients with advanced gastric cancer from december 2010 to June 2013 in our hospital were 58 cases , they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group , 29 cases each . all patients undergoing elective radical gastrectomy , the control group after intravenous chemotherapy , intraperitoneal chemotherapy in the observation group . treatment effects were observed , and the relapse rate , the transfer rate and mortality to assess the therapeutic effect. Results the effective rate of 58.62% was observed after the chemotherapy group , while the control group was 34.48% effective treatment , the observation group was significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); recurrence rate in the observation group , the transfer rate and mortality rates were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); observation group incidence of gastrointestinal reactions and bone marrow suppression was significantly less than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion advanced gastric cancer after radical resection , intraperitoneal chemotherapy had a higher overall efficiency, improved patient outcomes provide a strong guarantee .
