目的：探讨鼻中隔缝合技术应用于鼻中隔手术中的效果。方法选择我院2010年3月至2013年5月收治的80例行鼻中隔手术患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组40例，观察组30例，对照组行鼻中隔填塞，观察组行鼻中隔缝合技术，对两组患者的术后不适感行 Vas 评分，及判断术后出血情况。结果对照组组患者术后在耳鸣、疼痛、溢泪、睡眠困难等方面，其 Vas 评分显著大于观察组，（P ＜0.05）差异有统计学意义。术后出血对比中，两组无差异（P ＞0.05）。结论鼻中隔缝合技术在鼻中隔手术中使用，能显著改善患者治疗效果，其操作简单、便捷，能降低患者术后不适感，值得临床进一步推广使用。
목적：탐토비중격봉합기술응용우비중격수술중적효과。방법선택아원2010년3월지2013년5월수치적80례행비중격수술환자위연구대상，수궤분위대조조40례，관찰조30례，대조조행비중격전새，관찰조행비중격봉합기술，대량조환자적술후불괄감행 Vas 평분，급판단술후출혈정황。결과대조조조환자술후재이명、동통、일루、수면곤난등방면，기 Vas 평분현저대우관찰조，（P ＜0.05）차이유통계학의의。술후출혈대비중，량조무차이（P ＞0.05）。결론비중격봉합기술재비중격수술중사용，능현저개선환자치료효과，기조작간단、편첩，능강저환자술후불괄감，치득림상진일보추엄사용。
Objective to investigate the suture technique used in nasal septal surgery results. Methods 80 patients with routine nasal surgery in our hospital from March 2010 to May 2013 were treated for the study, were randomly divided into a control group of 40 patients, 30 patients observed in the control group underwent nasal packing, nasal suture line observation group technology, the two groups of patients with postoperative discomfort Vas score line, and determine postoperative bleeding. Results In the control group patients group tinnitus, pain, tearing, difficulty sleeping, etc., which VAS score was significantly greater than in the observation group, (P <0.05) difference was statistically significant. Postoperative bleeding contrast, was no difference (P > 0.05). Conclusion The nasal septum surgery suture techniques in use, can significantly improve patient outcomes, its simple, convenient, can reduce postoperative patient discomfort, worthy of further promotion use.
