目的：总结腹腔镜保留脾脏胰体尾切除术治疗胰腺囊性疾病的手术技巧和临床经验。方法2010年11月至2013年11月，我们对来我院进行胰腺囊性疾病治疗的8名患者进行了腹腔镜保留脾脏胰体尾切除手术。结果该5例手术均在腹腔镜下完成，完成时间在140～260min，出血量在400～600ml，手术后患者住院时间为5～10d，手术后无胰漏等并发症发生。对所有患者进行随访5～20个月，患者术前的症状均得到有效缓解，无复发现象。结论对于胰体尾部发生良性病变的患者应该首选腹腔镜保留脾脏胰体尾切除术进行治疗，该手术是安全可行的，并且具有恢复快、创伤轻和并发症少等特点。

Objective to summarize surgical skills and clinical experience of laparoscopic reserved spleen distal pancrealectomy. Methods We have underwent laparoscopic pancreatic reserved spleen surgery for the treatment of pancreatic cystic disease of the eight patients from november 2010 to november 2013. Results all of laparoscopic surgery were successfully completed in 140 ~ 260min, the amount of bleeding in the 400 ~ 600ml, post-operative hospital stay was 5 ~10d, no pancreatic leakage and other complications after surgery. all patients were followed up for 5-20 months, preoperative symptoms were effectively relieved, no recurrence. Conclusions laparoscopic distal pancreatectomy reserved spleen is the most suitable procedure for patients with the distal pancreatic benign lesions, the procedure is safe and feasible, and has a faster recovery, less trauma and complications and so light.
