目的：通过报告6例前列腺脓肿的病例和回顾有关前列腺脓肿报道的文献，探讨前列腺脓肿的临床特点和诊疗体会。方法回顾本院2007年4月至2013年7月接收的6例前列腺脓肿患者的诊疗情况以及结合1996年至2013年关于前列腺脓肿报道的相关文献，对前列腺脓肿的病原学、病因、发病年龄、临床表现以及诊疗措施等进行了归纳总结。结果6例前列腺脓肿患者中，2例患者仅适用药物进行抗感染治疗；2例患者在药物治疗的基础上进行了会阴部穿刺引流排脓的治疗；2例患者进行了经尿道气化电切除前列腺脓肿去顶术排脓的治疗。6例患者在治疗后，病情都得到了治愈，且无复发的情况。结论前列腺脓肿较容易被诊断，患者应当尽早进行药物抗感染治疗或者排脓治疗，方可取得满意的治疗效果。

Objective the article reported six cases of prostatic abscess and review the literature about the prostatic abscess, studied the clinical characteristics and treatment of prostatic abscess. Methods review the six cases patients with prostatic abscess treated in our hospital from april 2007 to July 2013 and the literature about prostatic abscess reported from 1996 to 2013. and we summarized the etiology, etiology, age of onset, clinical manifestations and treatment of prostate abscess. Results in six cases patients with prostatic abscess, 2 patients only used drug for anti-infective treatment, 2 patients used perineal abscess drainage treatment besides drug treatment, another 2 patients were chose to use urethral resection of the prostate vaporization unroofing abscess pus besides drug treatment. Conclusion Prostatic abscess is easy to diagnose. Patients with prostatic abscess should use anti-infective drug or drainage treatment as soon as possible, in order to obtain a satisfactory therapeutic effect.
