目的:探讨经阴道超声监测药物诱导卵泡发育及排卵的临床效果。方法对102例经药物治疗不孕症患者进行阴道超声监测,观察其药效。结果102例患者中使用药物后,经阴道超声显示,卵泡发育成熟排卵有65例,占总比的64.1%;卵泡黄素化未破裂有21例,占总比的20.5%;小卵泡或闭锁有11例,占总比的10.3%;卵巢过度刺激征有5例;占总比的5.1%。结论阴道超声监测可以实时动态观察卵泡发育和排卵一系列过程,有较好直观性,损伤小,准确率高,具有重要的临床应用价值。
目的:探討經陰道超聲鑑測藥物誘導卵泡髮育及排卵的臨床效果。方法對102例經藥物治療不孕癥患者進行陰道超聲鑑測,觀察其藥效。結果102例患者中使用藥物後,經陰道超聲顯示,卵泡髮育成熟排卵有65例,佔總比的64.1%;卵泡黃素化未破裂有21例,佔總比的20.5%;小卵泡或閉鎖有11例,佔總比的10.3%;卵巢過度刺激徵有5例;佔總比的5.1%。結論陰道超聲鑑測可以實時動態觀察卵泡髮育和排卵一繫列過程,有較好直觀性,損傷小,準確率高,具有重要的臨床應用價值。
목적:탐토경음도초성감측약물유도란포발육급배란적림상효과。방법대102례경약물치료불잉증환자진행음도초성감측,관찰기약효。결과102례환자중사용약물후,경음도초성현시,란포발육성숙배란유65례,점총비적64.1%;란포황소화미파렬유21례,점총비적20.5%;소란포혹폐쇄유11례,점총비적10.3%;란소과도자격정유5례;점총비적5.1%。결론음도초성감측가이실시동태관찰란포발육화배란일계렬과정,유교호직관성,손상소,준학솔고,구유중요적림상응용개치。

Drug use in 102 patients, transvaginal scan shows follicular maturation, ovulation in 65 cases,accounted for 64.1%; follicular luteinized unruptured have 21 cases, accounted for 20.5%; small follicles or atresia in 11 cases, accounted for 10.3%;ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome in 5 cases;accounted for 5.1%of the total ratio.Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasound monitoring can be real-time dynamic observation of follicular development and ovulation in a series of process with good intuition, small damage, high accuracy, so it has important clinical application value.
