肿瘤相关性高钙血症是常见的危及生命的代谢紊乱性疾病。临床上卵巢透明细胞癌伴发高钙血症报道少见，本文报道以乏力、恶心、呕吐等高钙危象为首发症状的卵巢透明细胞癌1例。恶性肿瘤通常产生的甲状旁腺相关蛋白（ PTHrP）被认为是出现高钙血症的常见原因。本文旨在提高对以高钙危象为首发症状的卵巢透明细胞癌的临床认识及掌握相关知识以缩短诊断时间，争取治疗时间。

Cancer-related hypercalcemia is one of the most common and life-threatening metabolic disorders disea-ses,yet few published clinical reports have appeared concerned the ovarian clear cell adenocarcinoma with high calcium cri-sis. The paper is about a case of those with high calcium crisis symptoms such as fatigue,nausea,vomiting and so on. PTHrP, commonly secreted by malignant cells,is considered to be the main reason. This paper aims to raise clinical recognition and mas-ter the related knowledge in order to shorten the time for diagnosis and treatment.
