目的：探讨临床护理工作中开展对住院患者进行健康输液宣教后合理选择穿刺工具的效果观察。方法通过制定合理选择静脉输液穿刺工具的原因、目的为主的健康输液宣教内容，指导科室开展静脉输液治疗工作，通过调查问卷表的形式，调查住院患者在宣教前后对所用的输液工具的恐惧疑虑感及治疗配合意愿，比较宣教前后对输液工具的恐惧感及治疗的配合度的变化。结果通过开展健康输液宣教活动，病人对输液所用的穿刺工具的恐惧疑虑感明显下降，治疗的配合程度明显提高（P ＜0.05）。结论临床护理工作中实施健康输液宣教工作是有效的。健康输液宣教提高了住院患者临床输液治疗的舒适度，使临床护理工作进行的更顺利，临床治疗效果更满意。应把它列为日常护理常规中，进一步完善和推广。

Objective to explore the clinical nursing work to carry out the infusion of hospitalized patients health education after selection of the piercing tools effect observation. Methods By making a reasonable choice venous transfusion puncture tool reason is given priority to the health of the infusion education content, purpose, guide in venous transfusion treatment work, through the form of questionnaire, inbestigation in hospitalized patients with fear of infusion tools used by doubts before and after the mission sense and after the fear of infusion tools and treatment compliance of change. Results infusion by conducting health education activities, the patient’s fear of transfusion puncture tools used in the sense of doubt declined obviously, obviously improve the matching degree of treatment(P < 0.05). Conclusion implementation of health education in clinical nursing work is effective. Healthy infusion mission to improve the hospital clinical infusion treatment of patients with comfort, make the clinical nursing work more smoothly , more santisfied clinical effect. should put it as a daily care routine, to further improve and promote.
