目的：探讨急诊低血钾患者的临床特点、病情观察、护理措施和健康指导。方法：分析46例低血钾患者的临床症状，严密观察病情，及时护理干预，并加强健康教育、饮食指导及心理护理。结果：46例患者全部治愈。结论：及时有效的全面护理在治疗低血钾患者中发挥关键作用，可明显降低并发症，减少患者的身心痛苦。

목적：탐토급진저혈갑환자적림상특점、병정관찰、호리조시화건강지도。방법：분석46례저혈갑환자적림상증상，엄밀관찰병정，급시호리간예，병가강건강교육、음식지도급심리호리。결과：46례환자전부치유。결론：급시유효적전면호리재치료저혈갑환자중발휘관건작용，가명현강저병발증，감소환자적신심통고。
Objective To explore tje clinical cjaracteristics of emergency patients witj jypokalemia,disease observation and nursing intervention and jealtj guidance. Method Retrospective analysis of 46 patients witj jypokalemia,clinical symptoms,treatment of observing closely,nursing intervention in time,and to strengtjen jealtj education,dietary guidance and mental nursing. Results All 46 patients were cured. Conclusion Tje timely and effective comprejensive nursing plays a key role in tje treatment of patients witj jypokalemia,can obvi-ously reduce complications,reduce tje patient's pjysical and mental pain.
