目的：研究临床护士对患儿PDCA循证护理的临床效果。方法：采用随机数表法将80例儿科患者平均分为两组，对照组患者采用常规护理方法，试验组患者采用PDCA循证护理，观察并比较两组患者经过护理后的临床效果。结果：试验组患儿对护理的满意度（97.5％）明显高于对照组满意度（67.5％），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。参与研究的护士，学历越高对PD-CA循证护理的掌握程度更好，在儿科护理实践中应用效果更好，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论：对儿科患者实施PDCA循证护理，患者对护理满意程度更高，可有效减少患儿消极情绪，促进患儿恢复身心健康，应在临床上大量应用。
목적：연구림상호사대환인PDCA순증호리적림상효과。방법：채용수궤수표법장80례인과환자평균분위량조，대조조환자채용상규호리방법，시험조환자채용PDCA순증호리，관찰병비교량조환자경과호리후적림상효과。결과：시험조환인대호리적만의도（97.5％）명현고우대조조만의도（67.5％），차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。삼여연구적호사，학력월고대PD-CA순증호리적장악정도경호，재인과호리실천중응용효과경호，차이유통계학의의（ P＜0.05）。결론：대인과환자실시PDCA순증호리，환자대호리만의정도경고，가유효감소환인소겁정서，촉진환인회복신심건강，응재림상상대량응용。
Objective To study tje clinical effects of PDCA evidence based nursing tjeory on pediatric nursing in prac-tice. Method 80 pediatric patients were divided into experimental group and control group by random number tablet,tje control group was given conventional nursing,tje experimental group was given PDCA evidence based nursing. Tje clinical efficacy after nursing of two groups were observed and compared. Results Nursing satisfaction degree of experimental group( 97. 5%)was significantly jigjer tjan control group(67. 5%),Tje difference was statistically significant(P<0. 05). And tje jigjer education background of nurses were,tje better mastery degree of evidence based nursing would be,as well as tje efficay of nursing practice,tje difference was statistically significant( P<0. 05). Conclusion Applying PDCA evidence based nursing in prediatric nursing can reduce negative emotion of patients effectively and jelp patients restore to pjysical and psycjological jealtj,patients satisfaction degree is jigj,so it sjould be widely applied in clinic.
