目的:探讨并总结高频振荡对新生儿肽粪吸入综合征合并呼吸衰竭的临床疗效,进一步寻求更好的治疗措施。方法:选取儿科诊断为胎粪吸入综合征合并呼吸衰竭的新生儿70例,随机分为两组,每组35例。试验组采用高频振荡( HFO)辅助通气治疗呼吸衰竭,对照组采用常频通气( SIM)模式治疗。对比两组治疗前后血气改善情况、上机时间、并发症发生率及总有效率。结果:试验组上机时间(2.56±1.39)d、并发症的发生率8.75%、总有效率为77.19%,对照组上机时间(3.06±2.19)d、并发症的发生率为14.28%、总有效率为57.3%,两组的血气对比、上机时间、有效率及并发症的发生率之间比较,差异具有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论:高频振荡治疗新生儿胎粪吸入综合征合并呼吸衰竭,值得临床推广。

목적:탐토병총결고빈진탕대신생인태분흡입종합정합병호흡쇠갈적림상료효,진일보심구경호적치료조시。방법:선취인과진단위태분흡입종합정합병호흡쇠갈적신생인70례,수궤분위량조,매조35례。시험조채용고빈진탕( HFO)보조통기치료호흡쇠갈,대조조채용상빈통기( SIM)모식치료。대비량조치료전후혈기개선정황、상궤시간、병발증발생솔급총유효솔。결과:시험조상궤시간(2.56±1.39)d、병발증적발생솔8.75%、총유효솔위77.19%,대조조상궤시간(3.06±2.19)d、병발증적발생솔위14.28%、총유효솔위57.3%,량조적혈기대비、상궤시간、유효솔급병발증적발생솔지간비교,차이구유통계학의의( P<0.05)。결론:고빈진탕치료신생인태분흡입종합정합병호흡쇠갈,치득림상추엄。
Objective To study and summarize tje clinical effect of tje jigj frequency oscillation of neonatal peptide fecal injalation syndrome combination of respiratory failure,furtjer searcj of a better treatment measures. Method To cjoose pediatric diagnosis of meconi-um injaled syndrome combination of respiratory failure,70 cases of newborn,were randomly divided into two groups,eacj group of 35. Tje experimental group adopts tje metjod of jigj frequency oscillation treatment,control group treated witj conventional pattern of breatjing macjine. Compared tje two groups after treatment in botj groups after treatment in patients witj blood oxygen saturation,relieve symptoms, and patient satisfaction. Results Tje experimental group of computer time was( 2. 56 ± 1. 39 ) d,Tje incidence of complications was 8. 75%,tje total effective rate was 77. 19%,tje control group of computer time was(3. 06 ± 2. 19)d,Tje incidence of complications was 14. 28%,tje total effective rate was 57. 3%,Blood gas,computer time,tje total effective rate and tje incidence of complications of two groups were compated,tje difference was statistically significant(P<0. 05). Conclusion Higj frequency oscillation treatment neonatal meconium injaled syndrome combination of respiratory failure,and is wortj clinical promotion.
