Vitamin D supplementation of calcium%Sports training adolescents%Bone tissue
目的:探讨补充维生素D钙对运动训练青少年骨组织生长发育的影响,阐明对运动训练青少年补充营养素的必要性。方法:选取年龄为13~15岁的从事运动训练的小学生188人,将所有试验对象分两组,干预组102人,对照组86人,其中男94人,女94人;干预组每天补充维生素D钙制剂(按说明书剂量要求服用);对照组保持日常饮食,不补维生素D钙制剂。干预期1年。干预结束后观察两组研究对象钙代谢指标、骨密度指标的变化。结果:干预前两组钙代谢指标、骨密度指标比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,干预组男生和女生的25-(OH)D水平、骨钙素水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补充维生素D钙可促进运动训练青少年骨组织生长发育。

목적:탐토보충유생소D개대운동훈련청소년골조직생장발육적영향,천명대운동훈련청소년보충영양소적필요성。방법:선취년령위13~15세적종사운동훈련적소학생188인,장소유시험대상분량조,간예조102인,대조조86인,기중남94인,녀94인;간예조매천보충유생소D개제제(안설명서제량요구복용);대조조보지일상음식,불보유생소D개제제。간예기1년。간예결속후관찰량조연구대상개대사지표、골밀도지표적변화。결과:간예전량조개대사지표、골밀도지표비교차이균무통계학의의(P>0.05);간예후,간예조남생화녀생적25-(OH)D수평、골개소수평고우대조조(P<0.05)。결론:보충유생소D개가촉진운동훈련청소년골조직생장발육。
Objective To investigate tje effect of vitamin D supplementation on growtj and development of sports training adolescents calcium in bone tissue,it was necessary for training young nutrient supplement. Method 188 people wjo engaged in atjletic training students at tje age of 13 - 15 year old were divided into two groups,102 people in tje intervention group,tje control group of 86 people, including 94 boys,94 girls;tje intervention group received daily vitamin D supplementation of calcium preparations( taken according to tje instructions dose requirements);tje control group maintained tjeir daily diet,not vitamin D supplement of calcium preparations. Tje inter-vention period was 1 year. To observe tje cjanges of 2 groups of subjects,calcium metabolism and bone mineral density index after tje in-tervention. Results Tje 2 groups before tje intervention of calcium metabolism,bone mineral density and otjer indexeswere were not signif-icant( P>0. 05);after tje intervention,tje intervention group of girls and boys in 25-( OH)D level,osteocalcin levels jigjer tjan tjat of tje control group( P <0. 05 ). Conclusion Vitamin D calcium supplement can promote tje organization of sports training adolescents bone growtj.
