The feasibility and necessity of deep-cut vacuum distillation were analyzed combining with current status of deep-cut technique at home and aboard.According to all kinds of factors which affected deep-cut vacuum distillation,the ways to improve pull-out rate were put forward.The energy consumption and the effect of subsequent processing were analyzed and the fact that the deep-cut vacuum distillation can obtain good economic benefits was got and a suggestion that the deep-cut technique should be widely used in industrial production was put forward.
