为了实现对整个舰艇结构状态长期实时的监控,构建了基于光纤布喇格光栅传感器的监控系统,设计了系统总体硬件电路,给出了系统软件工作流程和寻峰算法流程,并最终完成了对系统的功能验证。经验证,系统实现了多通道同步实时校准的波长解调功能,扫描频率可达4 kHz,能够快速响应监控状态,可直接进行工程应用。
為瞭實現對整箇艦艇結構狀態長期實時的鑑控,構建瞭基于光纖佈喇格光柵傳感器的鑑控繫統,設計瞭繫統總體硬件電路,給齣瞭繫統軟件工作流程和尋峰算法流程,併最終完成瞭對繫統的功能驗證。經驗證,繫統實現瞭多通道同步實時校準的波長解調功能,掃描頻率可達4 kHz,能夠快速響應鑑控狀態,可直接進行工程應用。

To achieve a long-term and real-time monitoring of the warship and submarine structural state,a monitoring system had been built which was based on fiber Bragg grating sensors.It also had designed the overall system hardware circuit,software flow and the flow of peak searching algorithm.The following work is to validate the system functions,and it carried out the multi-channel simultaneous real-time calibration functions of wavelength demodulation.Because the scanning frequency could be up to 4 kHz,this system was able to quickly monitor the structural state and it could be directly applied to engineering.
