站在全国文坛的制高点上俯瞰全国，陕西的文学成就可谓一山独尊。已经作古的，路遥、柳青、杜鹏程等，风头正健的贾平凹、陈忠实、高建群等，都引人注目。但陕西文学家的成名之作都不在陕西出版，陕西作家发表文学作品的主要阵地也不在陕西，出版与发表现状及其所滋生、寄生的现象决定了陕西文学作品出版的尴尬与徘徊、困窘与迷惘。陕西文学作品的出版之路何在？怎样才能让陕西文学作品的出版在全国独领风骚？本文试图结合陕西人民出版社的实际情况探讨这些问题。

Standing on the top of the national literary arena and overlooking it,Shaanxi literary achievements have displayed obvious dominion over it.These noted writers who attract great attention include Lu Yao,Liu Qing,Du Pengcheng etc who passed away,and the stunning sparklers like Jia Pingwa,Chen Zhongshi and Gao Jianqun and so on.However,Shaanxi writers’works that made them famous were not published in Shaanxi.Writers of Shaanxi seemingly do not like to deliver their works to publishing houses in Shaanxi either.Such situation of publishing and delivering business and some related phenomena leads to the present awkwardness,puzzlement and hesitation in regard to Shaanxi literary works’publication.Where is the way out for publishing Shaanxi literary works? What can be done to make Shaanxi literary works’publishing career dominate the national arena? This essay discusses and explores these questions while considering as a case the current situation of Shaanxi People’s Publishing House.
