科技论文中的基金项目标注对于项目成果评价、绩效评估具有重要的意义。目前,由于种类多样、管理部门分散的基金项目资助体系以及基金论文比进入期刊评价指标等原因,单篇论文受多个基金重复资助现象严重。此现象是基金项目资助体系和期刊评价指标体系共同作用的结果。故应进一步加强各类基金资助机构之间的信息共享,有效提高对同一项目多头申请经费的审核;增加对项目标注信息真实性和相关性的审查;加强对科研工作者学术规范的教育引导,提高科研工作者、管理者及相关人员的学术道德修养,从根本上杜绝基金项目成果标注中的学术不端现象。
科技論文中的基金項目標註對于項目成果評價、績效評估具有重要的意義。目前,由于種類多樣、管理部門分散的基金項目資助體繫以及基金論文比進入期刊評價指標等原因,單篇論文受多箇基金重複資助現象嚴重。此現象是基金項目資助體繫和期刊評價指標體繫共同作用的結果。故應進一步加彊各類基金資助機構之間的信息共享,有效提高對同一項目多頭申請經費的審覈;增加對項目標註信息真實性和相關性的審查;加彊對科研工作者學術規範的教育引導,提高科研工作者、管理者及相關人員的學術道德脩養,從根本上杜絕基金項目成果標註中的學術不耑現象。

In Science and Technology papers,marks of fund projects are very crucial for the assessment of projects achievement and performance.Nowadays,under the following reasons such as various classifications of papers,loosely-managed fund projects sponsoring system,and also the proportion of fund-sponsored papers becoming the index for journal assessment,the phenomenon of a single same paper being sponsored by several funds repeatedly is becoming serious.This phenomenon is due to the co-effect of the fund sponsoring system as well as the journals assessment index system. Therefore,we need to strengthen the information communication among fund sponsoring organizations, effectively improve the audit of the same project applying for multiple funds,pay more attention to the audit of the authenticity of project mark information,promote academic discipline among scientific research workers,and improve academic moral standards for scientific research workers and relative management workers,eventually eliminating the academic misconduct of marked achievements for fund projects.
