运用系统动力学的原理和方法，确定了县域经济发展动力模型的系统边界和主要反馈回路。以龙口市为例，绘制了县域经济发展动力模型的存量流量图，进而通过模型检验和灵敏度分析，得出龙口市县域经济发展的主要动力是科技创新、环境和资源，辅助动力是教育、交通区位和市场。在此基础上，给出了政策建议。

In the paper,System Dynamics principles and methods are used to determine the system boundaries and the main feedback loop of county economic development dynamic model.It takes Longkou City as an example to draw a stock flow diagram of the county economic development power system.And then model checking and sensitivity analysis result that scientific and technological innovation, environment and resources are main driving forces of Longkou county economy development, and education,location and market are auxiliary driving forces.On this basis ,the article gives policy recommendations.
