大学生就业问题一直被政府和高校密切关注。由于受专业、高校影响力、行业需求、自身素质等诸多因素影响,出现了一些高校学生为了生存而选择就业,而另一些高校学生为实现自身价值而选择高质量就业的不均现象。欲解决这种大学生就业不均衡的现象,促进大学生高质量就业,必须先弄清何为高质量就业。为此,需要从分析影响大学生高质量就业标准的要素入手,建立高质量就业标准模型,进而界定高质量就业的评判标准。

Government and universities have been paid close attention to the issue of undergraduate ’s employment. Many factors affect the employment of college graduates, such as major, college influence, needs of the industry and students’own quality.As a result of that,some college students are still looking for jobs in order to survive.While some other college students have begun to choose high-end or high-quality employment to realize their own values. This phenomenon is called employment inequality. To solve the employment inequality problem for college students and help them in achieving high-quality employment ,we need to understand what is the high-quality employment.For this reason ,we analyzed several elements of high-quality employment standards first and built a high-quality standards model , and then defined the high-quality employment evaluation criteria.
