针对飞机零部件模具设计过程中遇到的曲面延拓困难问题,提出了以B样条双向蒙皮造型技术对曲面进行重构,进而实现曲面快速延拓的新方法,并基于CATIA开发了钣金模具型面辅助设计工具,实现了复杂曲面的快速延拓,可提高航空钣金件模具的设计效率。
針對飛機零部件模具設計過程中遇到的麯麵延拓睏難問題,提齣瞭以B樣條雙嚮矇皮造型技術對麯麵進行重構,進而實現麯麵快速延拓的新方法,併基于CATIA開髮瞭鈑金模具型麵輔助設計工具,實現瞭複雜麯麵的快速延拓,可提高航空鈑金件模具的設計效率。

Aiming at the skinning surface bidirectional interpolating , it proposes a new methods of surface recon-struction in surface rapid extension to solve the problem of complex surface extension in mold surface design of aircraft component .Based on this method , it develops the Molded Surface Aided Design Tool with CATIA .This tool can realize the complex surface rapid extension by cooperate with some simple means of pretreatment , im-prove the efficiency of the design of aircraft sheet metal swage die .
