本文建立了2种土壤中唑嘧菌胺的超高效液相色谱测定方法。土壤中的唑嘧菌胺经甲醇震荡过夜提取,二氯甲烷液液萃取后,用甲醇和水为流动相,使用ACQUITY UPLCTMBEH C181.7μm为填料的不锈钢柱和PDA检测器,检测波长254nm,对唑嘧菌胺进行的定量分析。方法线性范围为2.00~20.01mg/kg,线性相关系数为0.998 4,在土壤中的平均回收率为74.04%~82.98%,相对标准偏差为2.03%~4.67%。

The analysis method of ametoctradin in soil was established using UPLC. The soil sample were extracted by methanol and then determined by UPLC with methanol and water as mobile phase, ACQUITY BEH C18 column and DAD at 254nm. The result showed that the linear correlation coefficient was 0.998 4. the recoverv was 74.04%-82.98%,the RSD was 2.03%-4.67%
