从轮换体制下财务人才的现状、培养目标等方面,对财务人才培养的相关问题进行探讨,并对财务人才的培养问题提出自己的看法,以引起油田企业对财务人才培养的重视,不断提高财务人才的素质水平,从而实现提升企业管理水平的目的。

종륜환체제하재무인재적현상、배양목표등방면,대재무인재배양적상관문제진행탐토,병대재무인재적배양문제제출자기적간법,이인기유전기업대재무인재배양적중시,불단제고재무인재적소질수평,종이실현제승기업관리수평적목적。
This paper discusses the issues of financial personnel cultivation based on the status quo and training objectives of financial personnel under post rotation system.In an aim to arouse attentions of oil field companies in financial personnel cultivating,this paper put forward some personal opinions on this issue in the hope that relevant businesses can improve financial personnel's qualifications and achieve the ultimate goal of promoting companies' management.
