职业体育本质上就是一种经济活动，制度是一切行为的规范。职业化程度较低的CBA联赛更需要健全的制度保障。研究认为：在微观层面，需要加强运动员爱国主义以及职业精神培养；在中观层面，联赛制度的制定需要做到科学民主、严格执行；在宏观层面，国家和职能部门急需出台职业体育的法律法规。

Professional sports is a kind of economic activity in essence.System is standard of behavior.As CBA is at the low degree of professionalization recently,so it need more perfect system guarantee. Research shows that,at the microscopic level,it need to strengthen the athlete cultivation of patriotism and profession sprit, at the medium level,league rules need to be scientific, strict implementation of democracy.At the macro level,the state and its functional departments were needed to promulgate professional sports laws and regulations urgently.
