In order to improve the efficiency in the use of educational resources and the quality of education,private universities in China have formed its own characteristics in the management and operation.With the growing competition,the private universities use a system theory to begin a new exploration of the management.Constant innovation and improving management is an inevitable choice for the private universities to improve the internal efficiency of resource use,and to achieve sustainable development.
