针对传统校企合作模式存在的人才培养质量不高、师资队伍发展缓慢、基地建设资源浪费以及社会认可度较低等一些列深层次的问题，利用头脑风暴法构建了基于企业发展方式转变的校企合作运行机制模型，并对要素之间的关系作了分析，最后提出了运行机制完善的相关建议。
針對傳統校企閤作模式存在的人纔培養質量不高、師資隊伍髮展緩慢、基地建設資源浪費以及社會認可度較低等一些列深層次的問題，利用頭腦風暴法構建瞭基于企業髮展方式轉變的校企閤作運行機製模型，併對要素之間的關繫作瞭分析，最後提齣瞭運行機製完善的相關建議。
침대전통교기합작모식존재적인재배양질량불고、사자대오발전완만、기지건설자원낭비이급사회인가도교저등일사렬심층차적문제，이용두뇌풍폭법구건료기우기업발전방식전변적교기합작운행궤제모형，병대요소지간적관계작료분석，최후제출료운행궤제완선적상관건의。
Aiming at the deep problem existing in the model of cooperation between school and enterprise, such as the low quality of talent cultivation, slow development of teaching staff, resource waste in base construction, poor social recognition degree, taking advantage of brain storm, this thesis establishes the model of cooperation between school and enterprise based on the change of enterprise development style, analyzes the relationship between among factors, and finally puts forward the relevant suggestions which is helpful to improve the operating mechanism.
