目的：调查骨质疏松症患者用药依从性，分析可能的影响因素，提出相应的对策。方法：采用问卷调查方式对门诊及住院的86例骨质疏松症患者进行用药依从性调查。结果：用药依从性与患者对疾病的认知、对医务人员的信任度、治疗方案的复杂度、患者的经济状况有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论：建议实施有效的个体化健康教育、建立良好的医患关系、简化治疗方案、减轻患者的经济负担等方面提高患者用药依从性。
목적：조사골질소송증환자용약의종성，분석가능적영향인소，제출상응적대책。방법：채용문권조사방식대문진급주원적86례골질소송증환자진행용약의종성조사。결과：용약의종성여환자대질병적인지、대의무인원적신임도、치료방안적복잡도、환자적경제상황유현저성차이(P<0.05)。결론：건의실시유효적개체화건강교육、건립량호적의환관계、간화치료방안、감경환자적경제부담등방면제고환자용약의종성。
Objective:To investigate medication compliance for osteoporosis patients, analyze possible influencing factors, and find appropriate measures. Methods:A questionnaire was conducted on 86 cases of osteoporosis patients in our hospital, including out-patients and in-patients. Results: There were significant differences in the medication compliance among the patients influenced by factors such as own awareness level of the disease, the degree of trust in medical staff, the complexity of treatments and economic con-ditions (P<0. 05). Conclusions:It is suggested that effective individual health education be implemented, a good physician-patient relationship be built up, the therapeutic plan be simplified and the financial burden be reduced so as to improve the patients' medica-tion compliance.
