地抚顺市区现有面积大于1km2的煤矸石堆放舍场有7个,占地面积大,存集量大,却并没有得到循环再利用。选取有代表性的西舍场、东舍场及榆林堡舍场附近的8个地下水观测点,对2012年水样各项化学指标监测数据进行分析:煤矸石淋滤液污染的地下水其污染离子复杂,呈现多种元素超标率高的情况,且被污染的地下水无色无味,不容易被发觉。煤矸石综合利用可用于能源利用和化学工业利用,对地下水污染防治措施:建立一整套完整体制规范煤矸石堆放,开展地下水污染治理工作;对污染严重的元素投入相应试剂,使其分解;选择煤矸石堆放区域时应对其地质条件及水文条件进行调查,选择土壤透水性差、密实程度高、厚度大的区域。

There are 7 piles used for coal gangue with the area of more than 1 km2 in Fushun city, but these 7 piles have not been recycled. Through analysis of the monitoring data with regard to chemical indicators of various water samples of 2012 from the 8 representative observation stations near West pile, East pile and Yulinpu pile, it shows that the contaminant ions of groundwater polluted by the leachate of coal gangue are complicated, the exceeding standard rate of a variety of elements is high, and contaminated groundwater is odorless and colorless and not easy to be found. The coal gangue is used for energy and chemical industry, so this paper puts forward some control measures for underwater contaminated. These include: a complete system used for standardizing the pile of coal gangue must be established; and carrying out the work for groundwater pollution treatment. At the same time, we should put corresponding reagent into elements of serious pollution so as to achieve its decomposition. In addition, when we choose the stacking areas, we should do an investigation into the geological and hydrological conditions so that we can choose the areas with poor permeability of soil, a high degree of dense and great thickness.
