目的探讨牡丹花蕊中总黄酮的提取工艺。方法预实验考察溶剂对总黄酮提取率的影响,用L9(34)正交试验进一步优选提取条件。结果预实验结果提示乙醇为较合理的溶剂;最佳工艺条件为20倍于原料的80%乙醇,25 kHz下超声提取30 min。结论此实验确定的最佳工艺稳定性好且简便易行,牡丹花蕊中的总黄酮含量为18.85 mg/g。

Objective To investigate the best extraction technology of total flavonoids from peony stamens and pistils. Methods The effect of solvents on the total flavonoids extraction rate was investigated by preliminary experiment. The extraction technology was further optimized by L9(34) orthogonal test. Results The result of preliminary experiment showed that alcohol was more applicable solvent. The best extraction technology was as follows:the raw material was extracted with 20 times of 80%alcohol for 30 min, under the ultrasonic frequency of 25 kHz. Conclusion The extraction technology is simple, accurate and reliable. The content of total flavonoids in peony stamens and pistils reached 18.85 mg/g.
