目的探讨泽漆水提液对小鼠S180肉瘤的抑制作用。方法采用环磷酰胺作阳性对照,通过计算抑瘤率、胸腺指数及脾指数观察泽漆对小鼠肉瘤的抑制作用,用丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)联合测定法初步分析泽漆抗肿瘤的的机制。结果泽漆提取液能抑制小鼠S180肉瘤的生长、升高小鼠脾指数及胸腺指数,能增加SOD的活性,高剂量组作用最明显,给药后小鼠血浆中MDA的含量有所降低。结论泽漆提取液抗肿瘤作用与降低体内脂质过氧化反应、清除体内过多自由基,以及增强机体免疫力有关。

Objective To study the inhibition effect of Euphorbia helioscopia water extraction on S180 tumor in mice. Methods Using cyclophosphamide as the positive control, the calculations of inhibitory rate, thymus index and spleen index were determined by weight to observe the inhibition effect on S180. Results Euphorbia helioscopia water extraction inhibited the growth of S180 in mice, increased the spleen index and thymus index, increased the SOD activity, especially in high dose group. After the treatment, the MDA content was reduced. Conclusion The anti-tumor effect of Euphorbia helioscopia may have a relationship with reducing the body lipid peroxidation, ridding the excess of free radicals in body, and enhancing immunity.
