用剂量为0.35kGy的60Co-γ射线辐照保持系粤丰B干种子约0.5kg,于M2带胚糙米群体获得糯质基因突变体,定名为嘉农wx2B。通过与粤丰A的杂交、回交,育成糯稻不育系嘉农wx2A。除直链淀粉含量差异显著外,嘉农wx2A与粤丰A生育期相同,且农艺性状、花器性状、穗部性状、花粉不育特性以及配合力均十分相似。嘉农wx2A于2008年10月通过福建省科学技术成果鉴定,由其配制的杂交糯稻嘉糯2优06(嘉农wx2A/嘉糯恢6号)具有高产、优质、适应性广等特点。

Approximately 0.5 kilogram dry seed of maintainer line Yuefeng B were treated with γ-ray of 60Co at the dosage of 0.35kGy,waxy mutants of Jianongwx2B were obtained from M2 brown rice population with embryo,and Jianongwx2A was developed through Yuefeng A crossed and backcrossed with Jianongwx2B. Jianongwx2A and Yuefeng A had the same growth duration, the similar characteristics of agronomy,spikelet,panicle,fertility and combining ability,except for the amylase content(AC%) existed significant difference. Jianongwx2A was highly evaluated by Fujian Science and Technology Committee in October 2008. A waxy hybrid rice named Jianuo 2 you 06 derived from Jianongwx2A and restorer line Jianuohui 6 had characteristics of good grain quality,high yield and wide adaptability.
