采用铝铁电极对三次采油废水进行电凝聚试验研究,以聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)和含油量去除率为考察指标,研究了极板材料、电流、电解时间、极板间距和pH值对电凝聚效果的影响.结果表明:极板材料、电流、pH值等对电凝聚效果有明显的影响.采用铝板作阳极材料,铁板作阴极材料,在电流为75mA,电解时间为20min,极板间距为1cm,pH值为5的条件下,对三次采油废水电凝聚效果最好,废水中HPAM和含油量的去除率分别可达74.2%和96.0%.

The treatment of tertiary oil recovery(TOR) wastewater by electro-coagulation using sacrificial aluminum-iron electrodes were studied,and the effects of electrode material,current intensity,electrolysis time,plate distance and pH value on TOR wastewater were investigated.The results show that the treatment effects are influenced by electrode material,current intensity and pH value distinctly.The optimizing condition in term of the HPAM and oil content removal rate by electro-coagulation was determined as follows: aluminum plate as anode materials and iron as cathode materials,current intensity at 75 mA,electrolysis time at 20 min,plate distance at 1cm and pH value at 5.Under the optimizing condition,the HPAM and oil content removal rate by electro-coagulation were up to 74.2% and 96.0%,respectively.
