研究粉被虫草乙酸乙酯提取物和水提取物的体外抗肿瘤作用.人工发酵培养粉被虫草茵丝体,采用MTT和SRB法观察粉被虫草乙酸乙酯提取物、水提取物对人肝癌细胞株BEL-7402、人结肠癌细胞株COL0205的抑制作用.结果表明:粉被虫草水提取物对人结肠癌细胞COL0205抑制作用不显著,粉被虫草乙酸乙酯提取物对BEL-7402细胞抑制作用不显著.
研究粉被蟲草乙痠乙酯提取物和水提取物的體外抗腫瘤作用.人工髮酵培養粉被蟲草茵絲體,採用MTT和SRB法觀察粉被蟲草乙痠乙酯提取物、水提取物對人肝癌細胞株BEL-7402、人結腸癌細胞株COL0205的抑製作用.結果錶明:粉被蟲草水提取物對人結腸癌細胞COL0205抑製作用不顯著,粉被蟲草乙痠乙酯提取物對BEL-7402細胞抑製作用不顯著.
연구분피충초을산을지제취물화수제취물적체외항종류작용.인공발효배양분피충초인사체,채용MTT화SRB법관찰분피충초을산을지제취물、수제취물대인간암세포주BEL-7402、인결장암세포주COL0205적억제작용.결과표명:분피충초수제취물대인결장암세포COL0205억제작용불현저,분피충초을산을지제취물대BEL-7402세포억제작용불현저.
The research was to observe the antitumor activity of both water extracts and ethyl acetate extracts of Cordyceps pruinosa Petch mycelia. By fermenting to produce Cordyceps pruinosa Petch mycelial, MTF and SRB were involved in observing of the anti - tumor activity of the water and ethyl acetate extracts of Cordyceps pruinosa Petch on BEL - 7402 and COLO205..The results showed that the water extracts of Cordyceps pruinosa Perch had no obvious inhibtion of tumor cell BEL - 7402, the ethyl acetate extracts of it had no obvious inhihtion of tumor cell COLO205.
