为了研究电动助力转向(Electric Power-assisted Steering,EPS)装置的性能以及EPS电子控制系统(ECU),设计了电动助力转向装置性能试验台.在转向阻力矩模型的基础上,通过对伺服电机的力矩控制,构建了转向阻力矩半实物模拟系统.测控系统由西门子CPU224XP和MCGS嵌入版构成,用PLC集成的高速脉冲输出功能为ECU提供速度信号,光电编码器与高速计数器组合测量转向盘转角,特征信号的采集由模拟量扩展模块EM235完成.试验结果表明,该试验台能完成EPS的各项性能试验,并有助于ECU控制算法的调试和验证.

A test bench for electric power-assisted steering system performance is designed to cooperate with the development of electronic control unit (ECU). Based on the reactive steering torque model, a hardware-in-the-loop simulation system is developed by making a servo motor operate on torque mode. The measure and control system consist of the Siemens CPU224XP and Embedded MCGS. The PTO integrated in PLC generates the velocity signal for ECU, and the steering angel is measured by the encoder and the HSC. The extended mode EM235 is used to acquire the analog signal. The test result indicates that the bench can complete the required performance test, and is beneficial to tuning and validating the control algorithm.
