以农作物废弃物稻草为原料,用氯乙酸对其醚化改性制备重金属离子吸附剂。考察了醚化时间、醚化温度、NaOH及氯乙酸用量对改性稻草增重率的影响,得到制备稻草重金属离子吸附剂的最佳工艺条件,红外光谱表征产物结构。实验结果表明:醚化时间1.5 h、醚化温度70℃、m(稻草):m(NaOH)为1∶1、m(稻草):m(氯乙酸)为1∶0.5,增重率为24.8%。

Straw adsorbent for heavy metal ion was prepared by etherification modification with chloroacetic acid. The effects of etherification time, etherification temperature, amounts of NaOH and chloroacetic acid on the weight percentage gain (WPG) of modified straw were investigated. The structure of modified straw was character- ized by infrared spectrometer. The experimental results show that the WPG of modified straw is 24.8% when the etherification time is 1.5 h, the etherification temperature is 70 ℃, the mass ratio of straw to NaOH is 1 : 1 and that of straw to chloroacetic acid is 1 : 0.5.
