在监管场所实行派驻检察，对刑罚执行和监管活动进行法律监督，可以有效维护刑罚执行活动的严肃性，保护被监管人的合法权益，确保刑事法律统一正确实施。但当前派驻看守所检察监督中存在的被动执法、监督机制滞后、监督方式单一、缺乏保障机制等问题，严重制约着检察监督职能的发挥。本文分析了新形势下派驻看守所检察监督面临的困境及工作难以开展的根源，并从完善立法、端正执法理念、创新工作机制、改革机构设置、完善派驻方式、健全硬件保障等方面提出对策。

The procuratorial branch in detention center carrying on legal supervision on the punishment exe-cution and supervision activities is an effective way to maintain the seriousness of the enforcement of punish-ment, to protect the prisoners' legal rights and interests, and to carry on the judicial law correctly. However, some problems in the procuratorial system restrict the supervision to play its full role at present, including passive enforcement of law, the supervision system being lagging behind, and being short of protection system. The author analyzed the difficulties and causes why the work cannot carry on under the new circumstances and put forward some suggestions and countermeasures in terms of the improvement of legislation, establishing the correct concept of law enforcement, mechanism innovation and reform of institutional setup, improving sta-tioned way and sound hardware protection.
