中國四大古典文學名著存在若榦缺陷：《三國縯義》的缺陷涉及敗筆、疏漏、遲突等問題，《西遊記》的缺陷涉及時間、名稱、標點等問題，《水滸傳》的缺陷涉及誤差、混亂、缺失等問題，《紅樓夢》的缺陷涉及語法、身份、物品等問題。
