推进生态文明建设，是人类社会发展进步的必然趋势，是我国经济社会健康发展的现实选择。加强油气资源战略研究，谋求油气资源勘探开发可持续发展，应以党的十八大精神为指导，站在生态文明建设的高度，积极推进思维方式转变，积极推进科技创新能力提高，积极推进开发利用方式转变、消费方式转变。

추진생태문명건설，시인류사회발전진보적필연추세，시아국경제사회건강발전적현실선택。가강유기자원전략연구，모구유기자원감탐개발가지속발전，응이당적십팔대정신위지도，참재생태문명건설적고도，적겁추진사유방식전변，적겁추진과기창신능력제고，적겁추진개발이용방식전변、소비방식전변。
Ecological civilization construction is inevitable for social development and human progress, and also a realistic choice for our healthy development of our social economy. This paper points out that in order to promote the oil and gas resources strategic research, and seek sustainable development for oil and gas exploration and development, we should emphasize the need to be guided by the spirit of 18th congress of Chinese Communist Party. At the same time, we must actively promote changes in the thinking modes, the improvement of scientiifc innovation ability, as well as the change of development and utilization patterns and consumption patterns with the idea of ecological civilization construction.
