目的：探讨彩色多普勒超声在下肢深静脉血栓诊断中的应用价值。方法应用彩色多普勒超声检测下肢深静脉，检测有无血栓形成、血栓程度、部位、范围以及血流充盈的情况，并与数字减影血管造影（DSA）检查结果对比分析。结果45例下肢深静脉血栓的患者经彩色多普勒超声检查后显示43例，以DSA为诊断标准，彩色多普勒超声正确诊断率95.6%。其中，28例患者存在多个部位血栓。结论彩色多普勒超声对下肢深静脉血栓诊断有比较高的应用价值。
목적：탐토채색다보륵초성재하지심정맥혈전진단중적응용개치。방법응용채색다보륵초성검측하지심정맥，검측유무혈전형성、혈전정도、부위、범위이급혈류충영적정황，병여수자감영혈관조영（DSA）검사결과대비분석。결과45례하지심정맥혈전적환자경채색다보륵초성검사후현시43례，이DSA위진단표준，채색다보륵초성정학진단솔95.6%。기중，28례환자존재다개부위혈전。결론채색다보륵초성대하지심정맥혈전진단유비교고적응용개치。
Objective To investigate the value of Color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of deep venous thrombosis. Methods Lower Limb Deep Venous and deep vein thrombosis were detected by Color Doppler ultrasound,and the location,extent,presence of thrombus and color flow filling situation were included.And then compared the results that checked with digital subtraction angiography(DSA). Results 45 cases Lower Limbs Deep Venous Thrombosis checked with Color Doppler ultrasound and 43 cases were diagnosised as Lower Limbs Deep Venous Thrombosis. When the results of DSA were regard as golden standard,the accuracy of Color Doppler ultrasound was 95.6%. And 28 cases had several locations. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of Lower Limbs Deep Venous Thrombosis had a relatively high value.
