目的：运用循证医学的方法，对人工髋关节置换术治疗股骨转子间骨折的疗效性和安全性进行Meta分析。方法采用循证评价的方法，对1989年1月～2012年12月国内公开发表的有关人工髋关节置换术和其他内固定术治疗股骨转子间骨折的所有文献进行复习，对符合循证系统评价的文献结果进行分析，从而评价人工髋关节置换术治疗股骨转子间骨折患者的治疗效果。结果分析结果显示人工髋关节置换术在治疗股骨转子间骨折方面优于其他内固定术。结论通过Meta分析，人工髋关节置换术在治疗股骨转子间骨折方面优于其他内固定术，但应用随机方法及盲法从所收集的文献中可以看出有较大的不足，特别在随机方法上，高质量的、指导临床工作的研究文献较少，提示有待进一步改善。

Objective Using the method of evidence-based medicine to Artificial hip joint replacement(hamiarthroplasty,HA & total hip arthroplasty,THR)in treatment of intertrochanteric femoral fracture curative effect and safety of Meta-analysis. Methods By using the method of evidence-based evaluation,the domestic public literature about artificial hip joint replacement and other internal fixation treatment of Intertrochanteric femoral fracture from January 1989 to December 2012 had reviewed. The result of the literature of evidence-based system evaluation was analyzed in order to evaluate the effect of artificial hip replacement treatment for the treatment of patients with Intertrochanteric femoral fracture. Results Analysis results show that the artificial hip joint replacement in the treatment of Intertrochanteric femoral fracture was superior to other internal fixation. Conclusion The article method of random and blind methods had more problems,especially the random method. The quanity of high quality of the research literature was less,which remind us to improve methodology in future research.
