由于我国煤矿开采生态环境现状比较复杂,煤矿事故时有发生。煤矿事故的发生不仅给劳动者和亲人造成巨大的痛苦也使国家经济带来巨大的损失。就安全生产问题本文提出了要从两方面抓起:一是加强安全管理和教育预防减少事故的发生,二是一旦发生事故能利用技术手段及时快速监视和搜救工作,重点介绍的RFID技术对煤矿井下人员定位系统。

Since the present complex ecological environment situation of the coal mining in our country, coal mine accidents have occurred occasionally. These accidents not only cause great pain to the labors and their family,but also lead to enormous damage to the national economy. This thesis suggests two ways to manage problems in producing: one is to strengthen the security management and the precaution education, the other is to make immediate and fast surveillance and security once the accident happens. The most important point is to introduce RFID in locating staff in the coal mine.
