設計與開髮一箇基于Web服務的軟件與信息服務外包服務平檯,該平檯針對中國-東盟地區提供軟件與信息服務外包公共服務,軟件與信息服務平檯採用標準的三層B/S結構,以Microsoft Visual Studio.NET為開髮平檯,使用C#開髮語言和SQL Server 2000數據庫。

Design and development of outsourcing service platform were based on web service software and information service,this platform provided software and information service outsourcing public service for China-asean region,the software and information service platform adopted the standard three layers B/S structure,used Microsoft Visual studio.net for development platform,and used C # development language and SQL Server 2000 database.
