本文介绍了现代农业园区的内涵，分析了现代农业园区在现代农业发展中的作用，建设现代农业园区的必要性。从蚕桑产业发展现状，以临安市为例，分析了发展现代蚕业园区的紧迫性和必要性。提出了现代蚕桑园区建设应遵循的原则，注重基地建设、规范合作社运作、标准化生产、资源综合利用、劳动者素质提升等关键环节。

This article mainly introduced the connotation of modem agricultural park, and analyzed the role of the modem agriculture park in modem agriculture development and the necessity of modem agricultural park construction. Considering the present development situation of sericulture industry, the urgency and necessity of modem sericulture park construction was analyzed by taking the construction of the modem sericulture park in 1in＇an as an example. The principles should be followed and the key links such as paying attention to the base construction, normalizing cooperative operation, standardizing Production, comprehensive utilization of resources, improve quality of workers improving were all be put forward.
