文章以石家庄职业技术学院与石家庄东昌机械制造有限公司，通过“校中厂”形式开展的校企合作项目为背景，在企业人才培养情况调研基础上，对机械类专业在“校中厂”进行生产性实训的育人模式进行了研究。“校中厂”合作模式存在的关键问题是双方利益不对等，只有找出利益的平衡点，建立具体有效的制度措施，才能充分调动双方的积极性，发挥出校企合作在育人过程中的重要作用。
