目的：了解类风湿关节炎(RA)患者伴贫血的发生率、严重程度和治疗前后RA伴贫血患者血红蛋白(Hb)的变化。方法：将经过8周治疗的42例RA患者进行临床分析,并将42例RA患者分成RA轻度贫血组、RA中度贫血组和RA非贫血组,把三组患者在治疗前后Hb的数据进行处理分析。结果：42例RA患者贫血的发生率为25例(59.5%),严重程度分为中度贫血和轻度贫血,中度贫血患者为7例(16.7%),轻度贫血患者为18例(42.9%),未发现重度贫血。 RA轻度贫血组的Hb上升6.2g/L,RA中度贫血组的Hb上升17.1g/L,RA非贫血组的Hb上升1.6 g/L。结论：贫血是RA患者常见的关节外表现之一,发生率高。严重程度分为中轻度,对RA伴贫血患者进行正规抗风湿治疗后,Hb明显上升。
목적：료해류풍습관절염(RA)환자반빈혈적발생솔、엄중정도화치료전후RA반빈혈환자혈홍단백(Hb)적변화。방법：장경과8주치료적42례RA환자진행림상분석,병장42례RA환자분성RA경도빈혈조、RA중도빈혈조화RA비빈혈조,파삼조환자재치료전후Hb적수거진행처리분석。결과：42례RA환자빈혈적발생솔위25례(59.5%),엄중정도분위중도빈혈화경도빈혈,중도빈혈환자위7례(16.7%),경도빈혈환자위18례(42.9%),미발현중도빈혈。 RA경도빈혈조적Hb상승6.2g/L,RA중도빈혈조적Hb상승17.1g/L,RA비빈혈조적Hb상승1.6 g/L。결론：빈혈시RA환자상견적관절외표현지일,발생솔고。엄중정도분위중경도,대RA반빈혈환자진행정규항풍습치료후,Hb명현상승。
Objective:To study incidence and severity for patients with rheumatoid arthritis ( RA) combined with anemia and observe changes of hemoglobin ( Hb) . Methods:42 cases with RA treated for 8 weeks were divided into mild anemia group, moderate anemia group and severe anemia group. The Hb data were analyzed before and after the treatment. Results:Among the 42 patients, 25 cases (59. 5%) were diagnosed with anemia, wherein 7 cases (16. 7%) with moderate anemia and 18 cases (42. 9%) with mild ane-mia, however, no severe anemia had been found. The RA patient with mild anemia underwent a 6. 2g/l of Hb increase while the RA patient with moderate anemia had a 17. 1g/l of Hb increment. Conclusions: Anemia is a common symptom of RA with a high inci-dence, besides joint disorder. The severity is divided into mild and moderate. After regular anti-rheumatic intervention for THE RA patient combined with anemia, the increment of Hb is significant.
