文章从两柄编队的作战能力出发,建立了两栖编队作战效能评价指标体系,运用EF—AHP算法(效能函数层次分析法)对两栖编队作战效能进行评估,计算底层效能指标的效能值和模型的数值,得出评估结果。通过对模型各指标的分析,得出影响两栖编队作战效能的因素,对提高两栖编队作战能力,促进两栖编队合理科学建设具有参考价值。

This paper is founded on the battle capability of the amphibian fleet, and built the evaluating system of battle capability for the amphibian fleet. It used the method of EFAHP to evaluate the effect of the amphibian fleet's battle capability, and draw the conclusion from the calculated numerical value of the model. It found the factors that affect the amphibian fleet's battle capability by analyzing the nu merical value of the model. That is important for boosting the battle capability of the amphibian fleet, and providing the reference for the de velopment of the amphibian fleet.
